His Tesla field is offline currently, saving you from shock. Trying to pull something that weighs a good 700lbs won't work, and even then, he would've fallen ON you. All power armor has the ability to lock in the games, at least, it's mentioned. The BoS Midwestern Power Armor is actually some of the most advanced power armor to date. And by the way, his suit is insulated. Most power armor is. [/spoiler] [i]Overloading his Tesla shield, his armor emits a pulse wave which incinerates all of the grapples, and throws you backwards with its pressure wave. The heat is enough to melt flesh from bone, and from a slot in the back of his armor, a small, arc-reactor-like device ejects, smoking. He walks forwards, and his machine gun aims back down at you.[/i]
