Also, I need you to understand that I don't feel inferior - I know I'm awesome - but I recognize that if our broader society had its way, I would have internalized that my voice is inferior and shouldn't be expressed. I'd also have internalized that I shouldn't expect to get paid the same amount of money for doing the same job as a man, or that it's ok that my reproductive rights have been and continue to be under attack from men who think they have some rights to my body. Those, among others, are the issues at hand here.
