I'm gonna give the guy a while to produce the real code, he seems nice in his emails that he actually made a mistake. But now there's an email "paper" trail, so he knows he -blam!-ed me over and I can use that as evidence. As it stands ebay customer service is closed right now and it tells me its too early to start a resolution process because its accounting for the "ship date" he put on the listing.
There's user feedback, all positive for him, no negative, and he's a long time ebay user, so, benefit of the doubt for now. But I'll definitely get my money back if I have to.
