Ok so everyone keeps asking for Bungie to just add grimoire to the game so we can look at it without using the app, or going to the website. MAKE IT INTO AN IN GAME, CARD GAME YOU CAN PLAY AGAINST YOUR FRIENDS AND/OR OTHER PEOPLE THROUGH MATCHMAKIMG! I want something more then just adding it to read from my console of choice. if I'm gonna waist the gigs on my hard drive for grimoire, (and I guarantee its gonna take up a lot of space, specially as it grows) I want it to be more then what I can already do with it on my app. Imagine if everytime you found a new card you unlocked it to place in your deck. Your deck could only hold so many cards so you pick what you play with. They could give the different categories roles, like places characters weapons ect. I haven't played the new Witcher but I hear it has a great card game. Great enough its got its own fan base that solely play it. I really enjoyed the card game in Rampage and wished it was much more complicated. I haven't played magic the gathering since I was about 12 but I would love similar mechanics like that. In my opinion the more end game options we have the better, and imagine when your on with nothing much to do, so you go down into the bar in the tower and unwind with some cards. Hell even let us gamble with our glimmer or other currency(something I wish we could do with iron banner, but that's another post in itself)! You could keep everything that's already a part of the cards plus add things like attack, defense, buffs debuffs. all kinds of mechanics are possible and I'm not an expert on making card games! He'll you could even make cards evolve into better cards as you complete your bonuses, giving players even more reasons to accomplish this other then raising your grimoire score. This could honestly create an entirely new player base who just love to play the card game, I know I would! I would love to see this in a further expansion! Honestly if you play Destiny without the app, your playing the game wrong, and I honestly don't see why you need it in game when it's right there at the tips of our fingers and much easier to navigate. So why would Bungie waist time, effort and money on something that truly will add no value to the game, except for maybe those who don't have smart phones. Well give it value by giving us a new endgame feature with its own level of engagmemt, rewards and community! Please let me know how you feel. I would like both positive and negative feedback.
