*a tower shield forms out of my left arm, and I block the bullets from the minigun* no spells huh, looks like this will be interesting*with lightning speed I move behind you and slash your back*

The cut goes deep, but not enough to breach the armour itself. The minigun turns around in an instant, releasing hell upon you in the form of tungsten carbide rounds. 3500 RPM of armour piercing bullets slams into you almost immediately, ripping through any type of armour you have. As the minigun continues its armour-tearing attack, Phoenix whirls around from his right and draws his katana, Razorblaze, from his left hip. Coated in a membrane of burning napalm, the Japanese sword's edge burns fiery blue as it whips across your stomach. If the cut didn't go deep enough, the napalm within the wound would soon burn through and cause more damage. Napalm, unlike normal fire or gasoline, was jelly-based so that it could literally burn on water. He follows it up with switching the katana to a reverse grip and dashing across your side, dragging the eastern blade from your right hip upwards. Backing off, he then readies the blade in the form of sheathing it once more in its mechanical scabbard, standing opposite of you about 10ft away.

alright, let's shed this armor*i disappear in a flash of light, and don lighter armor, and a shield and longsword* this armor allows for faster movement, and is a bit tougher then my old armor, speaking of which, all that damage?went right into my shield and sword*i teleport right above you and slash, unleashing all the damage I took into you, and then I deliver a swift kick, knocking you back*

The attack does next to nothing as the impact of tungsten carbide only does something because its a dense material and in the shape of a bullet. Fire from the napalm does nothing either... Considering the armour is covered in ceramic plating. Most of the damage is done from the impact, which mainly just knocks him back a little before the kick.
Did you really think I didn't plan for this? Severance.
He draws his katana in a flash of multi-hued blue, illuminating an abstract collection of runes along the sharp edge of the blade. Sliding back from the kick, his thruster/jetpack hybrid wings (like Firefly from Arkham Knight/Origins) flare to life, propelling him forwards. Holding the blade at his right side in a reverse grip, he stabs the runic blade into your right side and drags it across where your heart would be. Where the blade touches, it becomes numb... Almost... Disconnected. The armoured man slashes upwards from your chest and grips the handle of the sword with his other arm, two-handing it. He slices downwards, paring through the lighter armour plus giving that same feeling as before. Disconnected. Ending up with his blade facing down at his right side once more, he headbutts with his really hard helmet to disorient you as he repositions himself.
I'm afraid your little "Dragon King" gimmick won't work anymore. I added an Epitaxite edge to this sword, plus the remnants of my old one. Severance with the added bonus of magic nullification; made for the sole purpose of fighting people like Felix, June, Missouri... And you.
Knowing that your ability is now disabled, he fires a volley of hollow point rounds at you point blank from his shoulder weapon. The bullets enter, expanding within you, and create a massive exit wound out of your armour.

*coughs up blood* I lost that power long ago....*weakly holds up my sword and shield* I'm just a knight now....*blood drips from the wound* f*ck this hurts....
How long has it been since you fought, man? You seem... Out of practice.
Phoenix sheathes his sword, backing off for a moment to let Zane recuperate and recover. It was dishonourable to strike an enemy when he's down, especially when in a duel. Walking off 10ft once more, he keeps his hands at the ready. But this time his minigun isn't revving up. It's still in firing position, just not as eager as it was last time.
We can stop if you want. I don't want you to push yourself.
His left hand inches backwards slightly, as if hiding itself... Or preparing to draw something from behind?
-
*grunts* last fight I had was against a werewolf and vampire, easy targets. Before that my fight with sal was interrupted*coughs up more blood* il be fine, this is nothing to me.....*gets in a guard position, my shield in front of me*
-
Alright. But since you're so sure...
Raising his left arm towards you, he sprays a gout of blue fire that extends pretty far. He then spins around and ends up on one knee, with a heavy black flamethrower (Halo 3 style) in hand. A shark decal is painted on its barrel. Shark's don't really snarl, but it seems to give off that impression. The angry maw of the creature releases a storm of indigo fire, immolating Zane in a violet firestorm.
-
*screams in pain*
-
Well, you're making this rather anticlimactic.
All of the sudden, Phoenix stops his flamethrower and looks over at Zane through his helmet.
Holy Hell, what is wrong with you man? If you can't go on you can't go on!
He begins walking up to you, putting his heavy flamethrower away on his back.
-
*gasps and coughs* well you got rid of my magic...*drops my shield, and my sword hangs loosely in my right hand*
-
Oh shit. That was all magic...?
Cursing silently, he takes off his helmet and begins observing the wounds. Oliver's fire wasn't that deadly when it knew it didn't have to be, but it burned on a different level. There were no scorches or black segments of flesh, but it was just as painful. He looked at Zane with his own eyes. The light brown irises went along with the rest of his Filipino complexion: spiky black hair, tanned skin tone. For once in a very long time, he looked concerned.
-
*a pained look overtakes my eyes* *whispers* I'm sorry brother, but I can't fight it any longer*with lightning fast speed, a shadow claw rakes over your right eye and your left cheek and I jump back, darkness emitting from me*
-
A guttural scream comes from Phoenix's throat as his eye is scratched. His tongueless screeches interfere with his neural messaging system, but they still manage to get across.
OH COME------10101010101----ON -blam!-ING---1010010101--REALLY--1101010
The minigun revs up and releases a storm of tungsten carbide rounds to punch through any armour the "Dark Zane" may have. Spinning around whilst the minigun still follows the creature, he brings out several ceramic kunai knives and superheats them with his hand. As they glow a bluish white-hot colour, he throws them all in a horizontal line at the deadly adversary held before him. His thrusters flare to life four times. A warning. Air around him gets very hot all of a sudden, and steam curls off the ground. He places a single hand on the grip of his katana, putting the off hand on the gun trigger attached to the mechanical scabbard.
Zane. Wake up. I don't wanna do this...
-
Zane is gone....and thanks by the way, I haven't been out in a long time*jumps out behind you and delivers a strong combo of kicks and punches to your armor, denting it* *kicks you up Into the air and unleashes a wave of pure darkness*
-
Oh now you're just-
-being mean. His silent text messages evolve into the deep voice of a man. The eye that was scarred by Dark Zane'a claw becomes an orb of pure blackness... Forever staring out into an unending Abyss. Feeding off of each shadowy attack that graced him, Phoenix- No. this was not Phoenix. Whatever or whoever it was devoured the attacks that his opponent inflicted on him, darkness rolling off in wispy nodes as each dent in his armour unfolds into a billowing patch of shadow. That voice from before wasn't his own either. He opened his mouth-- that was clear enough to see. But somehow, that thing from before bypassed everything and just spoke. It didn't seem malevolent towards him... More like amused. You ready, Luis?
I am, but this is totally unfair. It seems to me that you just got a massive boost of power.
Haven't felt this good in forever. Taking out an ornate black bow, chains of darkness forms along his right hand, which is drawing the bowstring back. It connects to multiple pools of shadow that form behind him; gateways to an always hungry Abyss. Drawing power, drawing hunger. Phoenix lets loose the black arrow. It sails towards the beast instantaneously, leaving no room to teleport. The wisps of darkness that escape it turn into other arrows that stream towards his former friend, eventually creating a storm of black arrows. For a second, his form flickers. It changes into the black-hooded form of Jams, his face always hidden by the shadows. But then it melts outwards back into Phoenix's armour, hovering mid-air with one eye a literal ball of darkness. And then Phoenix targets the minigun on the shadowy form of Zane. It's tracking capability has been proved to locate targets going at Mach 2, so keeping him on target wouldn't be a problem. They ready?
Firing UV rounds.
Another direct line of bullets tear into Dark Zane, each impact sending a flash of ultraviolet light into the dark figure. It burns away the shadows, acting like much deadlier bullets to the shadows.
-
*screams as the arrows and bullets tear through the shadow armor and shreds my insides* *falls over, but not before burning you with one last mark, a shadow dragon tattoo, going across your face and body* *as the last of my life leaves me, your hear my whisper* Thank you brother....
-
Lowering himself down to you, he sighs with the shadow dragon tattoo burning upon his flesh.
You were a good man, Zane. But those who cannot control their inner demons must be put down. That's just the way it is in the business.
Taking your dragon armband off solemnly, he puts his helmet back on. The blue visor-light upon his armoured headpiece turns blade for a moment, and then fades back to blue. He takes his leave silently, grabbing your fallen sword and stabbing it in the ground beside you. Ripping off a piece of the shirt from underneath his armour, he ties it to the handle as you die.
You'll be back. I already know it.
