Fixed. It is a ruling, not a law. Take a civics class. The judge was butt hurt and held her in contempt because she couldn't be charged with breaking laws that don't exist. Then grudgingly set no bond to try to make an example of her. All because a couple people got shitty about having to drive literally 20 minutes out of their way to receive a service that was no longer offered to [u]anyone [/u] in that county.
Ironically she will still pull her 80k salary for the next 3 years whether she is in jail or not.
