Shoulder charge can one hit almost anything. It doesn't really have a cool down so you can technically run arround the whole map running over players.
They got an exotic pair of boots that can FALCON KICK supers out of existence. Radiance? Not with these boots. Bubbles? I got a knee that would like to disagree. Fist of havok, nova bomb? Try to summon it faster than I can break your jaw with these fabulous crystal accented booties. Blade dancer/ gun slinger? You'll basically have a Mexican standoff, because you can kick them before they get you (which usually, you can) depending on your reaction speed.
Do any other guardian have a one hit k/o ability besides a grenade? Nope.
Fist of havok is as op as nova ball
And the titan shield, coupled with the right exotic armor, can do serious damage, and it's super viable in team oriented PvE.
Titans are underpowered? Plz.

It's spelt "tiger knee" and it may be awesome but not op.

And it's falcon kick because of a reference to Captain Falcon in Super Smash :p

Anything that can kill in one hit can be considered op. Specially when the only reason why you can't spam it is because you just need a couple of seconds to pick up a running pace.

I get the reference tbh c falcon air forward attack is closer. Sagat's tiger knee is like exact same animation though, check it out. Regardless of what you call it, it's pretty fair. If I get shoulder charged it's either my fault I wasn't paying attention or that Titan is good enough to avoid my fire, without using their weapon, get in my face and clobber me.

It's not shoulder charge. It's in air shoulder charge. With the exotic boots it can pop anyone and anything with one swoop, even those rammy warlocks with radiance. With arc burn and brawler it can drop valus to almost 2/3 of his hp with one charge. Almost every super can pop a bubble and kill those inside it is reasonable because it's a defense ability. It'd be way too op if it didn't have any risks. It's the same with all other supers. They can be stomped too.

If you're able to successfully "falcon kick" a defender in his Bubble, a gunslinger, a bladedancer, or a radiance sunsinger, then either they were pre-occupied with another enemy or they are garbage.

My buddy was chasing a titan with these on and the guy turned around and yeah....we wont discuss the rest.

A well planned kick can be landed on even the most skilled of players. Won't happen every time cause they'll catch on and keep an eye out for you.
