Although he defender Titan isn't great in trials and I prefer striker for trials... In regular pvp like iron banner, the defender is the only class that has the ability to generate their super while their super is active plus they can buff the entire team with their choice of offensive or defensive buffs. If you choose WoL then it will be like your entire team is running final round and that is one pretty crazy phenomenon for pvp. Also it is the only class that has the ability to easily deal with supers other than killing them via suppression grenades. The Titan has a lot of niche perk that allow it to perform roles other classes can't... IMO hunter is the worst class and Titans don't really need a buff. PS: Don't hate on me hunters
