I'm going to say Star Wars for solely because of Darth Vitiate and Revan. Honestly, the lore of both series is the deciding factor, whichever you've read more of, you'll be inclined to vote for that side.

Darth Vitiate is pretty good try, but he has nothing on the precursors. Ignoring even their technology, precursors don't care at all about death. It's basically a passtime to them.

I can't argue for or against either side. I don't read much lore so I can't comment on the Precursors. I will however just say that Vitiate and Revan (arguably the two most powerful force users in the entire franchise) combined would kick a whole lot of ass.
