Titan is perfectly fine in PvE, but their killing potential is slightly lower in pvp. They don't have the blink option, they can't revive, and only one of their supers actually kills enemies. Granted, they have shoulder charge, which, if you ask me, can be rather tricky to time and use properly. The fist of panic argument is bs, because supers are designed to provide major killing potential in various situations. It's like all the other supers, really. I'm not saying that Titans need a massive OP buff, just something that will allow them to better contend in PvP, and give them a few more possibilities in the face of the other two blink-advantaged classes.
