I've deleted 3 characters that were rank 12...
May e it's close to rank 98...

I'm in between rank 160 and 180 on all the characters I've ever had total and have had zero shaders. So... Yeah. I doubt anyone has had more packages than I have with no rewards, so I don't want to hear it.
