Elder Cipher Post Patch 2.0
Per the weekly update:
[The Elder Cipher will no longer drop upon completion of the Skolas Challenge Arena in the Prison of Elders. The Exotic items offered with the Elder Cipher will now have a chance to drop from the Prison of Elders Treasure Chest.][/quote]
Does this mean the exotic weapons will have a chance to drop on every difficulty, or only on challenge difficulties of 32+? Do you have an increased chance on 35 versus 34 or 32?

since the cipher currently drop only at 34 and 35 difficulties, i guess you will need to complete one of this difficulties.. but being a level 40 guardian i guess level 35 PoE will be way easier, right ?

1 ReplyIt sounds like the Poe level doesn't matter. If you open the big chest you have a chance at a Poe exotic.
