If you are a government worker you have to follow the f*cking law. A priest doesn't have to, go become a priest. You also shouldn't be working at a job if you're religion won't let you do essential parts of it. I also think a Muslim should be fired if they get hired at a grocery store and they refuse to handle pork, if you want to adhere to your religion that's fine but you can't have it interfere with an essential part of your job.
