[spoiler]Attention![/spoiler]As a public servant, your job is to serve the public. That means your religious, and personal beliefs take a backseat to providing the services you are entrusted with. If you are in the private sector it is a different story, but this is a public servant clearly failing in her duties. So no freedom of religion, does not protect you in this case.
