Just go to destinytracker.com put your GT/PSN in and click Checklists > Grimoire

You don't need the bounties, just find out the name of the enemies you are missing and Google their name, you will get a step by step YouTube video

Why not? If you go to the website listed above and google the ones you're missing you should finish it.
