Okay I was very playful with you but what are you talking about?
The poll is equally worded. Although one word fell off. They even have the same format. I evened out the reasonings to have equal content.
I ask again, what are you talking about?
English

The first choice basically says, "Federal law supercedes Constitutional Law" The second choice basically says, "Constitutional law is supreme" It is an extremely poorly worded poll. Both favor the defendant in this case, and is one-sided, even though it's "worded differently". Here's a much better poll option for the first choice: "The Separation of Church and State is the line that was crossed."
-
Separation of Church in state does not apply to this! That clause applies to the government making Laws based on religious influence.

Pro tip:It is unnecessary to ask me twice in the same post to explain myself. I do not read your post as you type it. As per your question, your wording for options 1 and 2 include the phrase "overrules Freedom of Religion". This wording is unnecessary information, and plants in the mind of the respondent the idea of the Free Exercise and/or Establishment clauses being violated. Thus, the respondent is predisposed to concede a position, even if they recognize it as nonsensical. Less important, but annoying, is the existence of both the "Undecided" and "I Don't Know" options. They are functionally the same in regards to the prompt.
-
I don't know implies you are ignorant to the subject. Undecided means you haven't made up your mind. Someone with your diction should be able to decipher such a distinction. Both my questions has the word "overrule" in it, and rightfully so. Because in choosing one, your implying that the other is void because of the one you chose. This is simple reasoning you should get. Something is being violated with either option, either you think a Federal Law outweighs a Constitutional right or a Constitutional Right outweighs Federal Law. I ask again, what are you talking about.
-
The two are functionally the same. You're creating a false dichotomy to justify tainting the waters. No amount of placating me is going to change the inherently dishonest (or perhaps ignorant as you're probably still in grade school?) nature of the poll.
-
I wish I was still in grade school. Times were much simpler. Anyway, I'm going to write you off as a Troll and leave you be. Because I've told you there's nothing behind this post. I'm not trying to change your mind, just felt like discussion about the matter since a lonely life I live. And you seem persistent in this theory that my poll is somehow intellectually dishonest. So I'm going to let you think that, even though I'm telling you it's incorrect.
Nice concession of defeat.
Troll confirmed.

Hardly. You simply have a poor understanding of the subject matter, and should be shamed into becoming knowledgeable.
Hardly. You simply have a poor understanding of the subject matter,
Then enlighten me.

You want me to teach you constitutional law, precedents, proper polling, and argument? Can it wait till the weekend?

Troll or not you're a dick. Bye Richard.
