What do you think caused the rift between Lord Saladin and Lord Shaxx at the battle of Twilight Gap?

Either Lord Shaxx was a headstrong assbag or Saladin gave an order he didn't like

Thought I read that Zavala/Shaxc wanted to advance but Saladin wanted to stay put and fortify their defenses. Similar to the Saint-14 situation but I'm not 100% sure
