Rastafarians can't smoke ganja so why allow one religion to break the law and not others? If you give out marriage licenses you are a government worker and must obey by government protocols including upholding government rulings. It's not exactly right but they chose to be a government worker. That means handing over your humanity everyone knows that. The supreme Court ruling was completely legal and so government workers must uphold that.
