You must follow the law. Regardless if you believe its wrong or not. If its against your beliefs, then retire.

If you must follow the Law... The constitution says that we have a freedom of religion. So, isn't is unconstitutional to punish one for following their religion? Or is a newly created law more powerful than a basic right?

Dont gays have a right to be married? If your religious you have to acknowledge that we are all gods children. Hence we are all equal, which means they have the right to be married

Christians believe that homosexuality is a sin. So by their standards, gays don't have the right to be married. Now, she's not going on the street saying "They shouldn't be married" rather pointing them to another clerk when asked for a license. By Law, gays have the right to be married. By Christian faith, they do not. So to force this woman to do something against her religion is violating her rights of Religion by our constitution.
