I don't think so. Otherwise POE is redundant. How will we get treasure keys? Makes no sense.

The fact elder cypher is gone makes skolas irrelevant, the fact legendary weapons are not being brought to year 2 makes vog irrelevant.

Dont know tho. But ya. poE will still give keys. And maybe the HoW Bounties will be different and be Fallen Enemy based. Like Kill ax amount of fallen. Who knows. Thought you meant they were removing them from Dropping in 34 and 35.
