Nowhere in the Bible does it say to refuse service or marriage to gays. That's just Christians being assholes. Freedom of religion allows you to practice your own religion freely. It doesn't override the basic rights of others and allow you to discriminate against them.

Things to consider: Based on Christian beliefs, homosexuality is wrong and Marriage is a bond created by God. If a Christian were to give them a marriage license, they'd be directly going against their religion. It is also worth noting that one of my peers pointed out that the last sentence you typed is exactly what they'd be trying to do to "Me" if I refused the service. So it's basically "which injustice do you prefer"?

I hope the court clerk doesn't approve marriage licenses for adulterers and liars, either.
