Its a common theory that the Vex create simulations because of Ghost Fragment: Vex 3(and 1/2 but I am only using 3 in this post) however, when they say to bring a Warmind in, who they claim is bigger than the vex, they claim the Vex would not be able to simulate it. If the Warmind is that much more powerful than the Vex, what's stopping it from creating its own simulations? And maybe that's why Rasputin is the last remaining Warmind. Because the other Warminds are too unpredictable for Rasputin, so he just excluded them from the simulation. EDIT: I thought this was a pretty neat theory, why the "no" vote? give me your opinion.
