Is the Bungie Code of Conduct, and by extension, its rule set, what you would consider adequte by internet forum standards?
For a reference to past rules, and how they affected the online landscape of this site, here's an example from the pre-Destiny website:
The Flood Forum (Circa 2011)
Do keep in mind that the forum layout has changed, and the userbase has exploded, since the times of those rules. However, do you think what we have in place now is sufficient? Do we need stricter guidelines? Do we need more lenient rules? What's your input?

personally i wish it would still be the old "you have no rights, play nice" rules... don't get me wrong the forums could get nasty back then too (EI - pre launch halo: reach forums) but it wasn't just constant whining, attacking each other, random toxic nonsense and self entitled BS like it is now. the posts that are actually discussing normal things, the posts talking about game in general (that don't involve someone complaining or ranting about something minor), and the even the funny joke posts (that ain't just "satire" or people "ironically" poking fun at or complaining about things) are getting more and more rare... such a shame
