I rerolled a 55A-ALLFATE and got head seeker I know this is the dope perk to have but can someone explain how it works? Do I want my first shots to land on the body then the head? Is that the most efficient way to use it? I am brand new to pulse rifles obviously. Maybe I'm just too high. Let me know guardians.

Aim for the head for full damage, but for the upper chest, so one bullet hits the chest, and two to the head. Very similar in damage, but easier to get those two burst kills with high impact.

He does the math on the head seeker perk, you don't have to switch your perk choice but just keep this in mind
-
If you had The Messenger, it's fall of shot is vertical (but ever so slight) that means 1 x body shot then the next is a Head Shot. With the Header Seeker perk it is a 2 burst kill 😄
-
No, you shouldn't intentionally body shot. Even with the small damage buff from the perk you'll still do more damage with a full burst to the head.
-
I have been trying to hip-fire to the body wirh the first burst, and scope to the head with the second; at mid-close range. If I had a slower - firing PR, I think it would wreck people but the damn hopscotch eludes me
-
Alright. So you take the head seeker perk. And then your put your weed in there. It's awesome.

Edited by Kopi_Snipes96: 9/2/2015 5:01:52 PMTry aiming for the neck/upper torso(depending on recoil/distance) so that your shots start with regular hits and end up at the head(this is for pulse rifles in general(with headseeker))

Been using pulse rifles since the start. Aim for the body, chest area. Recoil guides it up into the head, and head seeker increases the crit box on headshots. Good luck!

You look beautiful today ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-
you want both shots to be head shots
-
Go for the head straight up. It's one of those perks that REALLY help if you actually do hit the body first

Two to the head one in the neck
