I would be a vendor that allows you to gamble your strange coins and motes. I'd hold a few "bounties" that require motes or coins to purchase and reward you with more coins or motes. But you must finish the bounty within a set amount of games or you lose the coins/motes you used to purchase it. For instance. You buy a bounty from me for two coins. The bounty requires you to get 15 kills in one pvp match and must be completed within 5 matches. If you complete it you will earn 10 coins and your two back as well. If not, then you lose the two you put up.
