I will sell engrams that will give you armor and weapons that are no longer available at vendors or as drops. ALL LEGENDARY!!! I will also sell upgrade materials for armor. You can buy using glimmer or trade in extra gear.

Yeah for the people who missed out getting them or people who broke theirs down and would like them back. But the gear would have new useful perks.
