YOU are the next Tower/Reef vendor - Pitch your idea
You know you, yeh? You know The Tower and The Reef, yeh?
Well in the next patch YOU have your own area in one of the social spaces.
What are you? Where are you? Why are you there? What use are you to anyone? Explain yourself!
You can be anything you like, just make it good or I will punch.
Come up with a good idea and you can have a vendor stall :)

[spoiler]Shader Design Hut!
My idea is to persuade that old bitch who sells a few boring shaders to retire so I can take her spot.
I'd sell an empty shader palette - all grey when you buy it and your character will look like a tit.
However I also sell hundreds of colours, patterns, shines, shimmers, glows and hues. You can buy 3 to put into your shader in whatever order you like.
Try before you buy! You will have half a screen showing the colour options and the other half showing your guardian and the effects the changes would have.
Fill your shader palette up and go on your way.
Once your shader is complete, it is locked and can not be changed, so you'll need to come back to me if you want a new one ;-)[/spoiler]
edit - Wowsers peeps, with all these cool ideas, we might have to ask Bunj to open up the closed area down near the Speaker! We gots lots of stuff and this hype is totes real!

1 ReplyIm just another vendor. Names not impotant, but what i sell is. Every week i will sell one type of weapon or armor. So one week ill only so auto rifles, the next maybe a helmet. All my gear is legendary, and for the price of 200 legendary marks you can choose the weapon you want and the perks that go with it. Now to make my goods fair to everyone, you can only buy from me once a week or 2 weeks i dont know yet. And only one buy per account is allowed. What do my guardians think?

If I was a vendor, I'd probably be a weapon tinkerer next to good ol' Banban. I'd have options to change color schemes, add or subtract parts, and maybe have some crazy premade weapon paint jobs. All of it would be aesthetic, of course. None of it would be terribly expensive, ranging from a few hundred glimmer to a few thousand, depending on what varying rarity it is.

Primary exotics can range from 150-250 strange coins, special exotics can range from 200-350 strange coins and heavy range from 200-350 strange coins. All armor costs 100 strange coins. I also believe in variety, so you may choose to customize your exotics by spending more strange coins on them. Would you like a Multi MIDA Tool with a different scope? So be it. Or perhaps you are a fan of Hardlight, but black isn't really your colour, so pay me and select a skin out of my many options. I will allow you to customize your exotics like never before, but the price...well that is something we can discuss later on. I also have a new system of bounties that reward you strange coins, however be warned, the tasks I wish for you to complete are not easy, nor are they anything like you have done before, but who knows, maybe you are crazy enough to find the fun in the chaos that I ask you to walk into. I would be a robo pilot in the reef. I would sell ships and teach new guardians how to fly them to have epic space battles with! Every class of enemies have space ships so why don't we fight them up there also!?

If you're brave enough to enter the tower with your helmet off, I promise it will turn out much better. Its tough to exaggerate smiles on helmets. I mostly draw guardians on sparrows, but I'm decent at depicting you disproportionately perched on top of a Bane of Dark Gods or Aspect of Glass. (I'm constantly improving, but please, no Queen ships). Pricing: Single Guardian: $5000 Glimmer 2-3 Guardians: $7500 Glimmer (Fireteam Discount!) 4-6 Guardians: $10K Glimmer or 5 strange coins (best value!!!) Also, Churros. $200 glimmer each.

I'd open up a Retro weapons and Armour stall. All previous gear from year 1 would be offered up as rewards for bounties. Not easy bounties either, you'd have to work for the Y-09 Longbow I'm selling this week, perk roll once you complete the bounty would be random as well. Each week I'd have new stock (random) 1 weapon from each slot and 1 armour piece from each slot too

If you sacrifice an Invective, then the solar damage will be applied to your primary.

2 RepliesRecycler I would sell stuff people dismantled. Constantly rotating stock as things are bought and others dismantled. What you get is just the luck of when you stop in. Like a thrift store.
