We need a legitimate PINK (not purple!) Shader that has a primary pink and maybe white or black as the secondary colour for all the Ladies who play Destiny.
Imogen's Fire is a good first attempt but a truly pink shader would be seriously amazing. Please consider it.
If you're a Lady or a guy who would rock a truly pink shader, make some noise! :)
EDIT/Update 1: For guys and anyone else who is feeling left out, you are happily included in our quest to have a real pink shader added to Destiny.
Edit/Update 2: We should rock the pink shader for Breast Cancer Awareness. Thanks for the suggestion guys and gals.
Also updating the title of this topic to reflect BCA.
Edit/Update 3: Please don't troll this topic because you think I'm not supporting your cause. Clearly, I would love to have a shader to represent awareness for each and every cause out there but I (we) are presenting the PINK for breast cancer awareness in this topic to help get the ball rolling.
Feel free to start your own, new topic to promote any or all of the causes that you feel strongly about.

This is a great idea and very admirable:)
-
I want a brown shader for colon cancer then.
-
Women's shader? -blam!- that. I would pay to support breast cancer specially when it comes in a form i could rock ingame!!
-
Well, you didn't include everyone with every type of illness in your post, so I can't support it. LoL. Joking. I thought Imogen was black and grey (I'm colorblind) ... Been rocking pink for months and I didn't even know it.

I'm in. My MIL is a survivor
-
Please...get real BUNGIE doesn't support sexism like this
-
What about testicular cancer??
-
Not needed tbh. Probably gonna have to pay more money to luke smith, and stfu TREMBLE 333, nobody cares what you have to say, people are free to comment whatever they want without you commenting on every single shit
-
Breast cancer already has the most awareness out of any cancer charity, what about some other form of cancer which is less well documented?
-
I want my male guardians to be able to grow a huge moustache in november.
-
Bump!

Colors are colors. All colors are gender neutral by nature. If a man wants to attach his penis to a color, thats his choice. Assigning gender to colors is an arbitrary societal practice that conditions children to judge each other based on what color of clothing they wear. Its ridiculous and I dont engage in it with my children. I look damn good in pink and purple! I wear what I want because Im a functional adult and I dont care what society has to say about a man wearing "girl colors." That being said, Imogens Fire is my favorite shader right now for my Titan because on most Titan armor its actually black with some red thrown in. If Bungie makes a BCA pink shader, I will rock it all day long because as I said, Im a man and a breast is a terrible thing to waste.
-
I would rock the pink shader absolutely
-
There are people who aren't aware breast cancer exists?
-
Edited by TREMBLE 333: 10/2/2015 9:26:40 AMI would and am going to wear a Pink Shader. Or rather the closest one I have found which is Aurora Blur. Is that still available? I think it was one of the promo ones that you got from Tess.... More of a maroon I guess or dark pink but it's something anyway. Also I found a pink emblem from Ava. Cyclops Mind II so I am going to equip that for the entire Month as well. Breast Cancer Awareness means a lot to me because my Sister in Law died from it a few years ago. My older Sister is also a survivor so I thank you sincerely for this thoughtful thread.

I want a brown one for prostate cancer awareness as well
-
Sorry but I'm not throwing anymore money at the screen for whatever the cause may be.
-
They have pink ghosts now?

Edited by TheDirtyDingus_: 9/11/2015 11:41:03 PMBetter than awareness, what if Bungie sold the pink shader for like $5 and all proceeds go to breast cancer research instead? Not crapping on your idea at all. I think it's great actually. I just see an issue sometimes with fundraisers in the name of "awareness" when what we really want is a cure. Before anyone tries to uber flame me, my wife is losing a very dear friend to breast cancer and my own cousin is in chemo for it as I write this. Awareness is all fine and good but I'd be more than willing to buy the shader if I thought that proceeds would directly fund research for a cure. So with all that said, it's a great idea. Good to see how amazing this community can be for something positive. I hope Bungie is paying attention. In fact, I'd fully expect a response from Deej or Cozmo on this one. If it does come to fruition, I also expect you to propose an "awareness day" and spam the heck out of it. I'd love to see the tower filled with pink guardians in the name of something good:)

Last time I checked everyone's aware of breast cancer.
-
Would it be weird to make one for prostate cancer as well?! Not a shader but an emblem of a shilouetted balls. Cause some people would wear it when teabagging and it would help spread awareness even more.
I'd suggest shilouetted breasts but there's bound to be someone more than happy to call that a sexist remark.
Cool idea, Bump. Would like to see a shader to support our troops too, something red white and blue :p
