Lately My Xbox One has been spontaneously turning off my downloaded games (Such as How to Survive: Storm warning edition, Black Ops 3 multiplayer beta, etc.) and when it does that, I feel the top of my Xbox and it's very hot. Almost too hot to touch, but not quite. I heard having the Xbox in "Power saving mode" causes the Power Brick (or PSU) to not run the cooling fan? So right now I'm boggled about what setting to have on my Xbox One to ensure it's optimal performance level.
Where as I heard that "Instant on" causes networking issues.
I'm a little confused right now and any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Don't worry the top of the Xbox one gets very hot and after a week of lots of playing it started to not get as hot Also it will automatically shut down if it's too hot
