If he actually did get prison time for what should be a manslaughter conviction, he will be in a male prison inside protective custody (pc). He would have no contact with other inmates and would be surrounded in his cell by child predators, people convicted of sex crimes, and snitches. But i highly doubt he will serve one day in custody.
