I wouldn't say you suck at sniping, because a good sniper could use it just to beat some try hards.
But I will say someone using Shadow of Veils is like someone riding a bike with training wheels. I view it as a sniper for someone who isn't used to sniping.
But if you exclusively use the sniper, then you are handicapping yourself from actually becoming a good sniper. In affect, you never graduate from training wheels. I don't respect anyone as a fellow sniper if they use it. Like a Senior looking at a freshman.
