First perk: grenade kills reduce your melee cooldown.
Second perk: Faster reload for fusion rifles
Exotic perk: non-charged melee attacks have extended range, and time between non-charged melee attacks is significantly reduced.
Edit: changed first perk to be more in line with current exotic structuring i.e. one exotic perk. It was/is late.
