Kanye West to receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award Tonight

The MTV Video Music Award's highest award it can give, will be given to the great Kanye West. Notorious for his incredible VMA performances, and infamous for his non-musical VMA altercation with Taylor Swift, this award is given to him for his incredible work with music videos, music in general, art, and fashion. He is very much deserving of this award, at least in my eyes, and in the eyes of many others.

But I absolutely dislike rap, and I think there are so other people who deserve it more because (IMO) they put [i]way[/i] more work into their music, for example Thomas Bergersen.
