The situation
I have designed a t-shirt for my clan with the 3 class logos and an image of the Traveler with 3 guardians under it. The shirt is available only to members (private use) at cost (not for profit) and not available to the general public (non-commercial). The images were designed and created by me using screenshots from my own game play to make silhouette images of the Traveler and guardians. The class logos are the stock patterns found for each class at the character selection screen or on their respective starter emblems.
The company printing the shirts for us has confirmed that we meet the Terms of Use ---> GAME CONTENT USAGE RULES. However, because they are a commercial business and our images resemble protected content they require us to get written permission before they will print the shirts for us.
The question
What is the contact info in order to ask for the written consent to use the images in this manner?
What I've already tried
I've been looking for this information for over a month now. Through web searches and seemingly endless legalese documents I have only managed to find that one needs written permission but there is no information on who or how to contact anyone to obtain said permission. So, I have tried Tweeting BungieHelp and even DeeJ but got no response. Two weeks ago I tried to ask this same question here in the forum and a Bungie rep referred me to the policy regarding uploading content to YouTube which doesn't apply to this situation.
Conclusions
I hope that this time I have provided enough information to get an accurate answer so that I can finally complete this project and get our shirts.
Thank you for your time,
