It's a dude and what if he gets convicted for man slaughter, should we let him go to a all female prison?
I would love to hear a reasonable response.

If he actually did get prison time for what should be a manslaughter conviction, he will be in a male prison inside protective custody (pc). He would have no contact with other inmates and would be surrounded in his cell by child predators, people convicted of sex crimes, and snitches. But i highly doubt he will serve one day in custody.

I don't care if people are transgender but you have to learn to take a joke and try not to crucify the person. As long as it's not hateful.
