Hello, all! I recently finished the Witcher 3 and I loved it. Upon completing the game I found out that the game is based off of a polish book series that follows the story of the same protagonist from the Witcher series. Because of this, I have become very interested in reading the first book, The Last Wish". I also thought it would be sort of cool to invite you all to read it with me.
If you are interested in reading/discussing the book among the group an affordable copy or digital copy can be found here:

I'll be picking it up for sure so if you are as well let me know!

Opening to the public. Join us if you'd like.

Ok, I finished the book and here are my thoughts: Although the story was strange in the sense that it was broken into a series of short stories about Geralt (the protagonist), it all ended up coming together really well and I enjoyed the book very much. The author described everything in fairly great detail and I could really picture the events happening in my head. Having played the game, I could also sense the familiar tone of the tone. This book had some intense moments but it also managed to slip in a few laughs which I thought was awesome. Overall, if you're into fantasy novels, games, or films then I would strongly recommend this book for you. I plan on picking of the next one.
