To me this is a weight joke not a transgender joke. Is the person transgender? Yes. Did he use her proper name and call her a "her"? Yes. Did he joke about that fact? No. He said she already let herself go implying she is gaining weight. Hence fat joke and even if I am wrong it is still a pretty mild joke to get all up in arms about. People in America need to clam(yes clam not calm) the eff down sometimes sheesh.
