Once The Taken Wallet is released, I think Fusion rifles will be more viable because of other weapon nerfs. Hopefully that will slow the rate at how quickly people are dying and give fusion users a longer window to get the kill.

They are getting nerfed again in 2.0, so probably not.

Im mainly focused on PVE here. A base damage buff in PVE is the only thing that can save this weapon type.
