I never said that there shouldn't be consequences. I said people have the right as humans to express them selves right or wrong. My case was for jokes and comedy not racism,and hate. Don't compare the two by bring Donald into this,and I won't compare him to you because they are nothing alike.

You can't yell "fire" in a crowded place when there's no fire. Legally, you can say whatever you want as long as it's not an imminent threat to the public. When you are employed that is entirely different - you are a representative of the organization, that's why they have you sign contracts- one being a code of conduct and moral obligations which Nolan obviously violated The Donald fiasco was to bring an alternative point of view from a similar situation. Legally, Donald didn't do anything wrong. But because he is a representative of the NBA he faced repercussions for his actions
