20 days and dropping

There's 20 days until TTK drops, and I'm an avid Bungie fan. I have been since CE. Hell, I have another account on here that is 5 years old and another that is 6. I've played all their games and supported them by buying their games and DLC. I've had a blast playing their games. Yet, with TTK I can't do that. I can't justify spending the same amount of money that would get me a new game, for DLC. Moreso I can't do it because Bungie refuses to acknowledge this. UK is paying well over what they should, Australia and NZ are paying at least $10-$15 dollars more than they should and a large portion of the world is paying even more than that. I'm able to get pretty much all other DLC at a fair rate, the expansion pass to get both TDB and HOW cost me around $45 and all other DLC (Such as Mass Effect DLC or Halo DLC) has been pretty much on par with the American cost. So why now is it going to cost me more than double the cost ($100 AUD)? I don't know how there isn't more uproar! We can voice our disappointment on so many platforms (Twitter, FB, Reddit, Here). Why people are so content with being charged so much for the DLC or how Bungie thinks this is fair. Now let me step in right now and say, yes, I know what you're going to say. That I'll be missed and to not let the door hit me on the way out, that I'm just another one of the complainers. Yes, I saw dozens of posts like this back in the Halo 3 and Reach forum days and I know what I can expect the general reaction to be. So while a lot of you do your not-so-sincere send off to me, I want to ask you a question: Why don't you care, and why do you think that this is fine? See you Guardians later.
