Join me this year in the Fall/End of Summer Back Log Challenge
Here's the deal. We already know it. We have a ton of games and we never play them.
Sure, all those new releases look so shiny and wonderful which, frankly, is all the more reason to take on those dusty cases now. Usually I start at the end of October locking myself away to take on my more forgotten titles.
This year, however, we've got a decent line up come winter and we may want to start early.
How This Works
1. Count (and post) every game you have never play that you own
2. Count (and post) every game you've started but for whatever reason never finished
• Weed out those that you simply couldn't stand. Get rid of them
3. Reasonably choose an amount you think you can finish in a month
• Do not start another until you finish that one.
• If you're waiting on a new release plan smart. If you believe the game you chose will over lap the new one choose another
You will rinse and repeat this every month until the end of December.
By then you should have a good amount of games knocked off your list.
You may choose to participate one month only! That's fine!
What to post once you've started your chosen vidya
1. One hour into playing
• Come back here and post your current feelings and review the game. What do you like? What could be different.
Should you have played this sooner?
2. Estimated half way through finishing
• Anything change for you?
3. Completed the story
• Review the game. Pros and Cons. What really stood out (keep spoilers in a spoiler box please) Would you recommend this to someone? Are you happy you're done with it? Was it worth what you paid?
Make sure to post your scheduled games for the month you participate!
Post how many games you own, compared to what you've played (if you can)
Have fun! I'll be posting my schedule and inventory count after work tomorrow.

Alright so for me I have 63+ games I have never finished. Not that much compared to other people honestly I've chosen to play Marathon this month (I'm counting the last few days of this month as September) It's a busy time for me so I know I'll not be able to finish any more than that until further on into winter.
