Nerfs were never the problem. It was the buffs given to thorn and the slow action to fix the still broken last word; as well as the addition of shotguns whose range defeats the logic of previous shotgun nerfs and last round snipers. But overall, I agree. Destiny PvP was magnificent at launch, and though the assault rifles like suros were overpowered and logically needed a nerf, that nerf came in a patch of changes which set a horrid meta that ruined the game as it is.
