Crap out of luck (just the cuss word form). Don't work for Bungie, just stating my opinion on your issue. Simply having the shirt in your hands is not enough because it could have been sent to you. Not having any of the mentioned --E-Mail Confirmation, Billing information, past e-mail addresses and the Account associated -- could potentially delay the issue from being resolved due to lack of information required. That is probably why you have not heard anything back because the requested information is not included in the e-mail.
