So not overpenetrate. Because overpenetrating would make it seem the bullet goes through and keeps going. But it can't if it explodes.

Edited by Guardian2977: 8/26/2015 8:44:41 PMI understand that in reality this is impossible; however, it's a video game, so why not have rounds that over penetrate and each time they do they cause explosive damage? Half of the weapons in this game defy logic. For example, a 13-round hand cannon that clearly can only hold 6 rounds in its drum magazine; fusion rifles don't exist; the vex, whose mechanism is who knows but clearly couldn't function; black hammer that never runs out of ammo, etc. Even the enemies such as the Fallen have bullets that track you like the needler from Halo. And it's supposed to exotic. Why not actually have a truly "exotic" perk.
