And this is why people want matchmaking for Raids. I can only imagine the horror stories that would come up from NF matchmaking

well that would be a risk, i can't tell you how many times i've had more or less the same freakin thing happen on a raid or PoE group i put together using the forums, only difference is you can kick the idiots when they start acting up. granted i think for raids its a horrible idea, but i do agree with the people who want it on non 35 PoE. and i usually solo nightfalls anyway, so having idiots die instantly and not be there in the 1st place wouldn't bother me much. but yes, there would be horror stories, they already are, but they be alot more frequent,

I do MM with pugs all the time for NF and never have a problem. With raids usually the only problems arise from sherpa runs. Where im asked by friends to help out and people are severly under level and un prepared. But the worst that happens is someone puts in more effort than others. But thats when we know people are bad. Ive heard how bad people are at doing VOG these days. I just laugh

Edited by Mar: 8/26/2015 7:28:46 PMit can get rough man... had a group 2 weeks ago, or maybe 3 weeks ago... i've done it so much they are starting to bleed together lol, that we almost couldn't kill templar because 2 guys where just shooting at walls around the templar so people would think they were "helping" while not actually doing anything. (other 2 were under geared only level 29-30 and had un upgraded weapons 1 guy was 34 and i was running relic) needless to say i started getting suspicious and watched them and found out after 3 or 4 attempts kicked them, found replacements and mopped it up no problem. the way some are in this game currently its about pathetic, guess you have better luck than i do with people lol

I just don't do raids or whatever unless it's people I know. I personally don't run them anymore. so every once in a while I'll get an inv from a friend. usuAlly I turn them down but I'll do it sometimes. even there they have friends who are little to no help but we push through. I can't imagine the struggle. I would simply leave I get leeches during the weekly and I usually just orbit out. -blam!- that noise

thats why i usually lead the group and kick leeches the moment i find them. which is also why i solo nightfall most of the time anyway, i've had too many people who just try to get a free pass that i've stopped looking for groups for them untill i need a extra gun or 2 for the last boss (which has only become a problem with the HoW strike and omnigul depending on the burn)

when it comes to nF and raids unless they specify they are the shit and than clearly suck I won't kick people. I try my best to help others so I don't mind carrying. what system are you on?

i do the same, i don't mind if they are noobs, as long as they listen and don't try to be heros i will help them. but those people are few and far between. play on xbox one, don't know if thats part of the problem though from what i hear the PS half is just as bad.

I'm on x one also. add my gt ad1das101 I don't know about PS man the games I've seen some people are just bad in pvp a lot more than pvp seems like xone coming from halo our Guys are just monsters I'm just glad I dont have to run raids and go through that heartache unless I choose to. I remember the days when vog took 4 hours to complete

eh i kinda liked it when it took a long time to complete, the challenge was fun, well back then i had a actual group and we just took our time and had fun with it and im a MMO (even though destiny isn't a MMO) raid junky but still. and i would add ya, but im taking a break of destiny till TKK drops to keep from burning out on it and even then i doubt i'll be playing much. but good luck out there regard less.

Edited by Mar: 8/26/2015 7:47:41 PMit was hard mode which i should have said before, my mistake, which 29 is kinda under geared for, especially considering i think only one of them had actually upgraded anything in their gear, besides they were greenhorns. but i'll take a under geared noob who listens to things and can think for themselves over a 34 elitist idiot who needs a broken rocket launcher to beat anything in the game any day of the week.
