It's a true story. Perhaps the most bizarre thing I've ever seen haha. The kid was a dunce, honestly he was doing it to be funny, probably a bet. You could corner him and have calm purely normal conversations, and then turn around and he'll go sprinting and knock over a trash can. Fun but weird kid [spoiler]sugar sensitive I suppose[/spoiler]
