I gotta disagree here. Better everyone can have a "God roll" and thus be on the same level instead of a few lucky ones. This is my understanding of balancing. BUT: it should not have come to this in the first place. I just mean that it's better to have the best rolls easily accessible for everyone than just for a few lucky ones.

  • That's definitely one way of looking at it, though I think, without rerolling, people would use a wider spread of (non-raid) legendaries. For example, you have a fulcrum with a poor roll, and a Queens handcannon drops with an excellent roll, you would likely use that. So more variety in weapon variants leads to a wider variety of archetypes in PvP, which would mean more varied encounters.

  • Hopefully so! I'm not even sure I'll buy ttk in its current state, so hopefully 2.0 makes things better for the rest of the game.
