There is no definitive best sniper in the game. It's [b]ALL[/b] personal preference. Some perks give you advantages, some unfair (final round...) and can help you do better. This applies to any gun you use. But you guys want to start arguments about a sniper having a half second better aim assist than other other snipers. If the person behind the gun isn't very good honestly it doesn't matter half the time. I've dodged my fair share or people using any sniper (even final rounders *grrrr*). And usually I'm out up against people who use shadow of veils now. I usually out snipe them with my spear (got some wierd perks about grenade energy and something else.
