Using ANY sniper takes skill with the exception of final rounding. It's just that some take more than others. For example, I've went 34-1 using mostly Shadow of Veils. Then another time, I went 22-1 using Efrideet's Spear without that cheap perk. It obviously took more effort that other game because E-Spear has low Target AQ. But it doesn't take away the skill from the other sniper rifle.
