It's an ok sniper, not the best or worse.
No one is a noob for using it.

actually it has the highest aim assist

Aim assist is the most unhelpful thing. Always -blam!-ing up my aim. Wish it didn't have it. Would make it a better sniper

Depends what you're using the sniper for. If you run around and try to land quick shots (not exactly quick scopes but close) aim assist is beautiful
